Blood Red Parrot Cichlid help?!?!?

Hello, so I recently purchased a cichlid tank. I have been keeping tropical community fish for the past 2 years and I decided I was ready to test out cichlids. In my cichlid tank, I have 2 female black convict cichlids, 1 jack dempsey cichlid (I'm pretty sure it's a female but I don't think it matters), and 1 blood red parrot cichlid. (I also have a school of 5 giant danios as my dither fish). My BPC is extremely shy. I read that adding dither fish would help make her more social and so far it has. However, I noticed she has started getting black splotches all over her body. After doing some research, I learned that those splotches come from a variety of reasons. One of the reasons that I have completely ruled out is ammonia poisoning. I have had my water tested a variety of times (everything comes out good), and I religiously clean the tank once a week. I am now worried that the black coloration is coming from stress. She always seems to be hiding in this log decoration I have. I am worried she is way to stressed in that tank. I would return her to petsmart, but it's been over two weeks. I was wondering if, to help alleviate her stress, I could place her in my 56 gallon tropical community tank. In the 56 gallon tank, I have tetras, mollies (all female and one male), platies (all female), a neon swordstail, a gourami and a couple of cory catfish. Would it be possible for her to coexist in that tank? Would moving her to the larger tank with less aggressive fish help reduce her stress? Please help. I want her to live but I don't know what to do.
