Fish feeding question?

I did a lot of research about cycling my tank now that im ready to add fish i forgot to research how to feed them and about lights and things like that. Im getting 3 guppies at first but i will add neon tetra and then add a molly or 2 and some shrimp. But over time. Some say to feed every 2 days once some say once a day and some say 2 times a day. So how often should i feed them and how much, i know the flake food bottle says too much so they can sell more food. And how many hours of light should i give the fish tank? And i have white lights but want to replace them with bluish LEDs so the fish dont get heated by the bulbs, and the blue looks nicer. Thanks
