Ok. I woke up one night to the sound of my dog scratching at the back door. He gives us this sign to tell us he needs us which is fair enough, so I went down to see what he wanted and he just sat their staring at me....A full food bowl and a full water bowl he also didn't want to go to the toilet. Then I noticed him scratching his groin area with his back leg and I was sure something was wrong so I turn him on his back and looked around that area and I saw alot of little black specs in his fur so I looked up the most common places on a dog for fleas and I checked those areas and they all had those little black specs. Then I saw something bigger...alot bigger than the specs. I knew this was a flea and it was moving around along his back. Then I took a closer look at his armpit area and I counted at least 3 Moving fleas in there but that seemed to be the only area they were besides the one on his back. And all my Googleing has led me here. I'm looking for help on how to treat him. P.S : He's a King Charles Spaniel, Age 4 With Brown And White Fur.
