Which Bird Would You Recommend?

I have owned cockatiels, budgies, lovebirds and green cheeks before and have loved all of them. In my opinion, I'm experienced enough to try a bigger bird. I'm looking for a cuddly bird that simply craves human attention, I'd prefer a good talker although I guess it doesn't matter too much and as for the noise, I have talked to my neighbours and they have all said they are willing to put up with some, so noise isn't very important. I'm thinking of either a quaker or sun conure, but I have been told that sun conures are way too loud! What should I get?
