Alright so I just bought my first ferret two days ago. Yes, I did my research before I bought her but theres so many things that you don't think to research until you are able to watch and observe a ferret itself. So first, I am wondering, is it alright to just let her play in water? Like, it's the soap that can be hard on their skin and make them smell more right? So just playing the water should be fine? Second, I bought her a cage with multiple stories, ramps, and a "curly" slide/ramp. And she refuses to go up or down any of them. She will climb up the wired part of the cage to the very top shelf and sit there until I put her back down (then sometimes she just climbs back up again lol). But she has fallen a couple times now and I'm worried about her doing that again. I'm mainly wondering what is the best way to teach her the purpose of the ramps? and if anyone has any idea what I could cover them with because they are a bit slick. Third, what is her her poo supposed to look like? I feel like hers is a little too watery, but again, I'm not sure what's normal. And lastly, she is a baby (about two-three months old), and she is so bad about biting and scratching everything! Toes, blankets, fingers, basically everything except her toys! :) Is this craziness a phase? Or is it something she'll do for the rest of her life? Not that I can't live with it, I'm just curious! Thank you everyone in advance! :)
