I've had my puppy for about 2 months and a little more! She's a yellow Labrador. Currently 15 weeks old. The main problem is, she bites me. Really hard. It's becoming a problem, and I don't have any idea what to do. I've tried alot of things to stop this behaviour, but it seriously won't work! I've tried getting her soft/hard chew toys including bones; but she just ends up losing interest in them. I've yelped. Which made her bite me even more harder. I have also tried the "No." and walking away thing. But all she does, is bite the back of my trousers or yank at my top. Which also results in ripping my clothes. I don't know whether she's stressed, or something. But, really.. I don't think she should be stressed. We put her out in the yard during the day, so she gets some play. I want to go outside and play with her, but when I go outside, she decides to jump up at me and bite anything. It's only me in the family, so.. I'm the one that takes her for walks and feeds her/ sleeps with her. I get that she's a puppy and everything, but this is really getting out of hand. She's bitten me several times and that's left ALOT of scars on my body. Sometimes, when she bites really hard, I tap her on the nose and say "stop" or "no", but that just makes her even more angry which she then decides to bark and bite at another part of my body. Also, I'm a student right now, which means I study quite alot. I usually sit at my desk and study. But my dog always comes and nips at my sides, or at my foot. If I give her attention and pat her/throw her toy, she immediately bites my hands. I'm really frustrated... Please help me. I've tried the spray bottle thing. She just tries to bite the water. She ends up jumping at me and she barks heaps. I've tried pretty much everything.
