I lost my bearded dragon?

I have a huge tank that my beardie Tito stays in, which is on a dresser thats 3-4 feet tall. He's a little over a year old, and this morning I was in a hurry and already late to a doctors appointment and I left the top of his tank open, came home, took a nap and just a bit ago found he wasnt in there, so he was probably out of it all day, I have two cats that love chasing down outdoor lizards and killing them but they dont go in my bedroom and I keep my door closed at all times so I know hes in my room somewhere. Problem is, my room is a complete mess, Im talking that it looks like a tornado hit it, Ive looked and I cant find him anywhere. Im so upset and mad at myself for keeping his tank open this morning. Is it most likely possible hes okay? Im more worried that he hurt himself jumping out of his tank. Is there a way I can find him easier? Like is there something I can do to make him come out from where hes hiding? And I hardly stay in my room, I dont even sleep in it anymore thats why its so messy, or else Id clean it I picked up a bunch of stuff on the floor and didnt find him so I feel like he might be hiding behind a dresser or furniture or in the back of my mini fridge, Im just scared to look and move it because I feel like I might hurt him
